Q. What's an e-bike?
A. E-bikes are electronic bikes. They can run on electric power or by pedaling. 

Q. What is the minimum age requirement to rent a bike?
A. At this time we are only allowing rentals to be made by adults 18+. All riders must be 16+.

Q. How fast do the bikes go?
A. Max speed will vary from 15-20mph depending on pedal assist vs. throttle.

Q. How long does the charge last?
A. A fully charged battery can last an average of 20+ miles depending on how you ride the bike.

Q. Can I make a reservation by phone?
A. You may call to make a reservation. However, we do not take payments over the phone. In order to ensure you have the bike(s) you reserved please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Otherwise you may lose the reservation.

Q. Something is wrong with my bike mid-rental, what can you do about it?
A. If anything goes wrong while you're out on your bike we will gladly swap it out for another one!
